Re: An overview of the new forum
Did I understand correctly, to use the new adult chat you have to pay a yearly fee? As I understand it, the fee is only for a larger inbox. Adult chat/ junior chat comes free depending on how old you are. Now, I'm really confused. Not that that takes a lot. I just assumed the fee was for the ...

Re: An overview of the new forum
So where is the new forum and when do we get a link to it or an address so that we can start the joining process before this forum closes? I don't think it's open yet. Tabirat said that it'll probably be open within a few days :) Did I understand correctly, to use the new adult chat you have to pay...

Re: The big taste test..
Apparently mealworms taste like pork scratchings.
I haven't tried them myself... someone told me on a chicken forum!
Locust beans are RANK
Even smelling them makes me want to gag

Re: An overview of the new forum
Is it possible to mod posts based on their content? Eg, if something was posted in the emergency section (if we have it) and it contained swear words, it wouldn't be posted until unless a moderator came along and approved it. Just an idea :D I'm liking the idea of accounts having to be approved. Ano...

You have to upload the photo to Flickr, Photobucket or some other image hosting site, then copy the IMG code over to one of your posts.

Re: Cage Recommendations Please?
I've just put one on top of the other. The lid comes off and the base just sits on top, and I cut a hole in the base. I haven't got a picture of mine, but I stole the idea from this thread see cherryrat333's post on page 4 . Mine looks like that. :) No DIY skills required. That's a really nice cage...

Re: Cage Recommendations Please?
A lot of people don't like Critter cages. They rust easily, and are a nightmare to clean! How about something like the cages on here ?? eta: Link What about them makes them hard to clean? Because you can't take the shelves out? Would more frequent cleaning + making sure that I dry the cage thorough...

I read about this
. Unbelievable. What are they being bred for, do you know? Meat, or fur? I didn't think that either was very popular...
