Ideally he shouldn't be intro'ed for 2 weeks as he should be quarantined for being outside. And as you don't have any rats at yours then air space issues wouldn't be a problem

But I wouldnt PTS if they were fit, energetic and eating. Sometimes respy noises can be lung scarring - it sounds respy but actually its just scarring
