Re: Tea?

My 2 love tea and coffee. I drink my coffee black and quite strong and both occasionally have a little drink. They don't get much cause I don't really drink it that much. My friend has tea with soya milk and one spoonfull of sugar (raw cane not white) and she never gets peace to drink it when she co...

Re: Vegetarian Shunamite Diet?

Granovita vegetable pate or S.h.i.t.t.a.k.e mushroom pate, both vegan, my 2 go mad for both of them. Some Asda's sell them in their free from section. Sorry about the full stops but this is the spelling and the censor is removing it cause it thinks I'm swearing and I'm really not (for once lol)

Re: Are hemp seeds alright?

I got my 2 some from holland and barrett, hoping to use them as training treats but they are teeny. So I just gave them a small spoonfull of them in a dish each to see if they liked them. Within seconds they were gone.

Re: What can rats not eat?

I read somewhere that it is ok to feed them monkey nuts and they enjoy biting open the shell. I was considering getting some for mine, the only thing that has stopped me so far is that you can only buy them in big bags and I don't like them and I know that it's not a good idea to give lots to rats e...

Re: where do your rats like to sleep?

I knot my carrier bags into little balls and put them in a bigger carrier bag so that I can take them to the supermarket to be recycled when I eventually remember. Unfortunately the last lot have gone to landfill because my girls love to snuggle in amongst them and go to sleep and with Revel being u...

Re: Supermarket herb plants

Is parsley okay to give to rats? When I first bought my parsley plant Revel had a nibble but I took it away from her because I wasn't sure if was safe for them to eat.

I only ever give my rats tiny amounts of wet poops
I liked this just spent about 5 minutes in uncontrollable giggles.

Re: persistent rump biting of runt by alpha

I've had my 2 since they were about 6 weeks old and I am still finding scabs on Revels back and they are 8 months old now. Though it is all instigated by Revel mounting Majeeka, then Majeeka beating up Revel. I read somewhere that to stop this behaviour it is a good idea to rub vanilla essence on th...
