Re: nice thick rope

Does wilko's sell rope? What sort/size do you need to look for when buying by the metre? I quite like horse lead rope's for the rats as they are a nice thickness, fairly cheap and come in nice colours :)

Re: storm had babies!!!

Storm probably wont want to eat too much straight about giving birth but you can try her with extra protein food now. Re: one for the breeder, numbers?

There are ways to keep your numbers down, it also depends on what verity you want to breed as with more complex verities you will need more starter rats. You will need to also keep a certain number from your litters to carry on your line. I'm keeping 4 kittens from my first litter, so this will obvi...

Re: Cage Recommendations Please?

If you like the look of the abode they do do the tower which is a bigger version. The critter is taller than the abode but it has a smaller footprint. I quite like my critters the only downside is(as most other flat packable cages) they do break over time and are not as sturdy. If you did get one yo...

Re: emegency food mix

Do you usually feed a complete food or the shaunamite mix? If you feed shaunamite they should be ok on the rest of the mix for the weekend.
If not do you know what rabbit food they stock? You could feed them rabbit food with a few extras like cereal, pasta etc.
