Tough choice for me tonight  Do I sort out the photo competition or post photos of the park rats :-? sorry photo competition lovers, this thread wins
and sorry for the piccy overload. no-one caught tonight but I've had front ends in the carrier, still leaving their little butts in the hole and can spring back so fast, on friday I'm going to sit further away and attach a string to the carrier door, hoping they will be brave enough to go further away from the hole and into the carrier with out my nearness.
anyway here you go

I actually want to adopt all of them :o I've been following this thread from the start and crossing my fingers every time I open it up for some good news. You're doing such a great job and with such patience. Keep it up. Wish I could help. Good luck :luck:

Oh that black dumbo is beautiful, absolutely beautiful. It made me well up looking at it. If you catch him/her, i think that one needs to come and live at chez Lillyland..
Poor mites. I was originally torn between saying 'leave well alone - they have survived this far' and 'please catch them all' - but the trusting look in their eyes, just screams to me that they won't make it :(

Well done you

Gosh they just look like somebodies pet rats who are playing in the garden :( Keep up the good work Raz, they are definitely worth it. I will be thinking of these poor little mites :hearts:

Hi, this is just a thought. How many enterance/exits holes have they got to this burrow. If you could place a fine net over the holes and pin down with tent pegs. Then start to dig the burrow out it may be possible to catch some if not all in the nets as they try to leave. I do hope you can catch some, they look so cute.
Love is....a dumbo rat
