My currently explorer set up. I'm really pleased with it, the first set up I did with the explorer everything was fairly close together and quite safe with lots of hammocks and cargo nets to avoid any drops, while there was plenty of climbing things because they knew there were plenty of easy options so were a being a bit lazy. I've put things a bit further apart and the cargo net at the bottom is the only real "safety net" so now they have to stretch and balance to get about which they seem to be getting good at!

Andy and the ratties: Seven, Kes, Luna, Ada, Orion, Bandit

And the youngest of the family is moving with authority,
Building castles by the sea, he dares the tardy tide to wash them all aside...

Wow your cages really rock. Here in the US where more into ...neatness. I love the way you make it into their homes. I have a lot to try out.

Bottom level with the other 3 boys . Spaghetti ,Chase and Luke. Looks a little sparse cause Spaghetti has HLD . They do have the run of a playpen which does have lots of tunnels ,boxes and more boxes LOL.

Top level with Pinky and Spock right now.

Whole cage.

BRB going to get a roll of toilet paper to put in the top cage for now. I just stuck a shoe box in there with crinkle paper and treats...they dont want to come out now LOL.

Here are a few of my setups

The gray bin is full of dirt for them to dig in.

I think I have been doing pretty good setting up their cage so they can have more fun instead of putting hammocks everywhere and they really do enjoy it.

Mine are bare compared to some of these set ups!
These are a couple of the lads cages. They tend to do better with the simpler set ups, anything fancy I spend ages doing for them is usually knocked over/rolled to the side/pooped or ignored lol.

I'm trying to make my layouts a bit more challenging seeing as I have a couple of rather lazy boys and for the first time in ages no HLD in the group! I also have a pingy hyper boy who I think is relishing all the 'stuff'

Here is this week's layout...
