Finally finished it today :)

It's a Superpet 4-storey, with a guinea pig cage on top. Jimmy and Fry seem to like it so far.

I have 3 cages attached together. The pitures were taken on different dates so cage lay outs/toys do not match up.I have 7 girls in this cage.
Main cage

2nd cage
http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa19 ... ure212.jpg
Side view of 2nd and 3rd cages.Im not very technical so i just took the door out of the 2nd cage and pushed the door of the third cage inside.I lined the doors up by putting the 3rd cage on a couple of phone books. The cages are clipped together with key ring clips.

Here's my girls' cage :D. It's a little bare at the moment, but we'll be adding more hammocks and things soon:

^(Regular image wasn't working for this one)

We cut a hole through the bottom of one cage, rolled the sharp edges, set it on top of the other cage--and voila! Easy upgrading, and they love it.

The boys new cage. They seem to like hiding in the tube at the minute but am hoping they wont be in there all the time. Calculator says eight rats now for this size but we may just have six as they are boys , so two more to go yiippee :smileyrat:

Things keep growing. My Jenny is now relegated to a spare as my new SAMO has arrived. I have of course had to stack my Freddy though :D

For sclae I'm 1.70m so around 5 ft 9.

Our Freddy Tower!

Love this cage - too scared not too - there are so many other great cages out there, I wouldn't know what to replace this with!

Oh, and my OH spent a day building this, don't think he'd be impressed if I decided to go for a different cage

Lovingly remembered and so missed, our lovely Whisper Aug07-Jan09, Aero Aug07-Feb09, Truffle Jun07-Oct08 and Domino Jun07 - Mar09 xxxx

This is my cage(s), all finished yesterday. It's a tom on the bottom with a jenny on top. I put a door in the top of the tom before for cleaning the top shelves, and it now serves as the entrance to the jenny (which has a big hole in the base). I also put a door on the front of the jenny as whatever idiot designed it thought two tiny ones were sufficient to clean out and decorate that huge thing. Anyway, my four boys love the extra space and it means one can be 'busy' and cluttered and the other spacious, so they get the best of both.
