The Savic Royal Suite Club! aka *The Savic Royal Family*

Post by Helzie » Thu Dec 11, 2008 9:32 am

I hereby declare The Savic Royal Suite Club open! A small but very select and elite society, for those lucky rats whose owners have installed them in the palatial, commodious, and luxurious residence that is the SRS! (And I don't see why Explorer club members should have all the fun!)

Who wants to join? Membership fees include photos, tips on putting it up, what you've put in it and how you've arranged it, opinions from the lucky inhabitants, or just extol the benefits for potential recruits and to tease the Explorer Club! Form an orderly queue, please!
Besotted owner of Lundy, Malin, Hebridy and Faeroe  Easterly backing southeasterly 2 to 4, squally showers, moderate, good.

Congratulations on your new purchase and the opening of your club. I shall look forward to pics etc as i was torn between the savic and the explorer, the extra hundred quid on the savic was the deciding factor and I opted for the Explorer, which I am perfectly happy with, as are my boys and they`ll be doubley happy at the end of the week when I extend and make a triple.
best wishes to you all, from Raz EC member

I'd love to see the pics. Is that not noisy in the night? We're going to have to rearrange our living room as the bit where we were going to put the new cage of ratties (when it was just going to be a Jenny) isn't high enough.

The bottom half is currently sat in the middle of the living room floor and was thoroughly explored by Delko and Warwick when they were free-ranging last night.

we find it strangely comforting in a weird way as its relaxing to watch them the noise never really has bothered us or the kids.If the boy have a major fallin out which isnt that often really it can be noisy with them flying about.

Ok, lots of pics. Bear in mind this is it just finished, and without any hammocks or other interesting bits and pieces. See if you can spot Warwick and Delko having a nosey.

I wish this cage was available in the US. I love the built in scatter guards. I have rats that are really into throwing stuff out side and watching mommy pick it up, so those would come in handy.
What color is the cage, it's hard tell from the photos, but it looks like a dark blue? It's really a nice color, I almost like it better than the ferret nation.

Yeah it's dark blue. I am coveting this cage - I want one so so much and plan to get one when (and bloomin if!!) I get back pay money i've been waiting about 2 years to get. most of my cages have been second (or third!) hand so thats going to be my treat to myself :D Keep the pics comin people - i'm always interested to see how people get around the not being able to attach things to the front panel thing.
