Thoughts on my set up

Post by Snippet » Sun Apr 17, 2011 10:19 am

I have changed the way I set up my cage after getting a few ideas from this thread, and I wanted to know what other people think about it. It is currently fome to 4 girls between the ages on 1 year and 21 months. The only special requirements are a rat with a head tilt who doesn't seem to judge distances all that well, and a chubby girl.

That looks like a great fun cage for your rats, lots of places to climb! Can I ask where you got that piece of rope with the yellow end that the white rat is sat on? Thanks :D

I got it from my local pet shop, put they're sold on this website. They're sold for parrots.

Just wondering what cage this is and does it fully open at the front?

I like your setup, looks like there is plenty to do

It's an Abode, and no it doesn't have a fully opening front but the door is a good size,

I love how many climby things there are, but i do like to have one hammock in there to give them a soft place to sleep :D

I am making them a corner cube thing, but I haven't finished it yet. Hopefully they will like it... :D
