Are you sure? I would have never put kittens in my old furet tower, and i know that the old-style furet plus have got the same size bar spacing as that?

I know people who have, certainly from rehoming anyway. But I'm pretty sure some people (perhaps breeding rats from bigger/ faster maturing lines though) have done younger. A furet plus v1 is suitable for syrians too - dunno how the bars differ on the newer versions in terms of spacing though.

But I wouldn't want to put babies that young in an XL/ tower due to size of the cage itself lol.

Cor, that's half an explorer with good bits added on - an opening top, AND the side bars are horizontal! Very nifty, good find

th only option is to swap the ratty corner with the dining table (which she says will not happen)

I've had does in an XL from 7 weeks and although I was a little concerned at first, there was no way they would have escaped.

But i split sexes at 5 weeks and 2 weeks makes a lot of difference!

O god have got serious GMC now! I've been trying to decide on what to replace my old Duetto with, and I'm thinking 2 of these stacked is the answer!
