Small poo?

Post by StormySkye » Sat Jul 23, 2011 9:15 am

I just noticed that there are some very small poops in the cage. Almost mouse-sized. I'm not sure who is doing them, but is this a sign of something diet-related or what?

Anyone? The poo is very small, hard and dry.

Dehydration? I'm not sure - could try giving them some more fresh veg?

I think poos come in all shapes and sizes. I find ones tiny and then huge ones. I can't believe they have come from such a small creature. :o

Either a mouse is getting in, or your rats are just varying their poo size as said  Hard and dry just means it's not a recent poo, rather than anything more definitive.
