Email breeders@nfrs.org of a list of NFRS-registered ratteries..
Nobody reputable is breeding hairless openly at the moment but a few people in the south/SW do blue agouti or russian blue agouti.

So far their health is debated and largely unproven in the fancy (which isn't surprising when you think that they've mostly been in the hands of people not experienced in breeding rats for health and longevity anyway..) so some think it's inethical to breed them.

Can't really comment, I don't think it's fur colour that makes rats attractive for me :)

I agree, colour makes no difference.
You can have a beautiful rat that is aggressive or unfriendly. Or you can have a "regular" rat that has an amazing personality.
Just something to consider.. Are there any rescues near you?

you could pm rex breeders and see if they're planning any double rex litters, they can look hairless.

Hiya, I think your best bet for a british blue agouti is either me (I'm in Wales) or Estelle at Alpha Centauri, who is in Weston Super Mare. i wouldn't let the distance put you off too much, transport can usually be arranged via shows :) .

The only breeder i can think of in Cornwall is Fiona Barker, but she breeds chocolates.
