Something really horrible happened yesterday..

Post by ErnieG! » Wed Mar 17, 2010 3:33 pm

My male Francis was out on the sofa while I was putting the washing on the maiden, and I went over to chat with him ( )
He puffed up? He's the cutest, calmest and most adorable rat of mine, and I don't know why he was doing that..
When I put my arm down on the towels he was on, he left like he was either shaking or something?
I don't know why he was doing that at all?
Anyone got any explanations about this at all?
I got really upset because he wouldn't even let me touch him for about 5 mins

I've always done that with him though ): that's the thing that's really confused me.
I know he doesn't like my dog, so maybe he smelt him? Would that be something that would make him do that though?

He was fine like 5 mins after, I was just curious as to why he done that, he normally just stands still and waits until he's gone when he sees/smells/hears my dog.
Come to think of it now, maybe because he smelt him and couldn't see/hear him that's what spooked him, would make sense (:

Thanks (:
