Senior aid & malt paste

Post by redrach » Sat Jun 18, 2011 10:51 am

How much should I give, how often and how?
It says on the bottle 1 pump for anything under 5kg per day. My boys are 580-620gs, a pump between them maybe? Or less?
Do i give it in food or is it okay to give on it's own? They share a food bowl with two young boys, so i'd like to avoid them stealing it.
And how much malt paste for them all? does weight matter? How often?

Thanks (:
Rachael.

Try a small amount of senior aid on some bread or if they'll lick it from a teaspoon. Accuracy doesn't matter masses. Also it won't hurt your youngsters so you could add a few squirrel to there dry mix, mix it up so its on the food. Malt paste wise I just squeeze a few cm's from the tube and let them eat it from there. I do prefer nutrical to malt paste though.

Thanks. They all went mad for the malt paste (: the oldies weren't fused on the senior aid (just tried giving it on my fingers) but the rest were attacking the bottle to get some haha

Mine never liked senior aid either, some rats apparently do lol, that's why I ended up adding a few squirts to there tub of dry, a good way to sneak it into them. Good for sticking vitamin powders to it to.
