Do it!!! for the sake of forum knowledge, taste it!! :D
I tried it.. in the interest of science, obviously. Tastes like nothing on earth, truly vile. Way worse than it smells - it actually made me wretch.. and I'm not fussy about food, I'll eat anything!
So we're still going out for lunch tomorrow then? You're not going to make me eat nuggets flambe'd with Senior Aid? Pheeeeeeeeeeeeeew!!

Yes, lunch please - I may still need something to take the taste away! I won't be doing that again any time soon. I did convince David to try too..

"do you want to experience something you'll never have experienced before?"
"errr..."
"it's just tasting something!"
"is it rat poo?"
"no. You have to agree before I tell you what it is. I promise it's a food thing."
"okaaayy"
"it's SeniorAid"
"err...."
"it says "tasty caramel flavour" on the bottle!"
"but it smells like blood"
"..."
"okay."
*much wretching and gagging from David, tears and wheezy laughter from Sian*
"it tastes like a *pleasedonotswear* urine infection!"

Don't you make David peel tomatoes though?

I don't make him, because he's rubbish and he misses bits! I do it myself. Tomato skin is my only fussiness.

Yes, it did all happen in his posh voice.

We ought to sue Senior Aid under the trade descriptions act. "Tasty caramel flavour" indeed. They'll be a bit puzzled why, given that our pets nom it up so happily and haven't complained, but it's the principle that matters, I feel. Yes. And my outraged taste buds.

I don't use senior aid for oldies as I can't get it into them, whatever it's hidden in!

Do we have different SeniorAid to everyone else? I use it to disguise meds they love it so much!

omg wat is this, groooosssss and funnnyyyyy...

thank god i'm a vegetarian, i have an excuse for not trying some of these items. mealworm... ewwwww. :sickrat:

when i was an oblivious child growing up in Asia, i ate some creepy things though... AND they were not even common for the country either, they were regional delicacy, that included bee larvae, brown crickets and RAW HORSE MEAT. gawd but i must admit, even though i was really small, i recall horse meat being heavenly delicious. :-? (my mother was horrified and never let me have it again though!)

good thing my rats aren't getting any of that in their dinner bowl... i think they'd go crazy for them. :sickrat:
